Does your kitchen need cleaning, polishing, touch-ups, or adjustments? Our team can provide professional maintenance for your cabinetry to bring it back to its original luster. All cabinet finishes can be addressed including paint, stain, laminate, or metal. Bilotta Care & Maintenance will provide thorough exterior cleaning and application of protective coatings as needed. This may include wax or polish as applicable for durable protection and restoration. The following outlines the various options available. Missing something? Just ask!
BASIC FINISHING & ADJUSTMENT SERVICES:
-Cleaning and/or polishing of exterior of cabinets, appliances, and hardware.
-All exterior surfaces will be damp wiped with warm, soapy water to remove any grease, dirt, marks, etc.
-For stainless appliances, exterior surfaces can be thoroughly cleaned and polished we use a new polish that effectively prevents fingerprints.
-Painted surfaces will receive a protective wax finish, hand polished to either matte or its original sheen.
-Wood surfaces will receive a protective coating and be buffed out.
-Polishing of all surfaces except for countertops and flooring.
-Adjustments/alignments of doors, drawers, hinges, glides, and hardware.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES/OPTIONS:
-Touch ups – standard detailing can repair most scratches, dings, marks, etc.
-Caulking – crown moldings can be re-caulked at the ceiling.
-Hardware replacement
-Added accessories (roll-outs, custom utensil dividers, etc.)
PRICING & PAYMENT STRUCTURE:
-Site Visit Fee (to be credited towards job) – due upon time of reservation:
Westchester/Fairfield Counties: $150.00
New York City/The Boroughs/Nassau County/Northern New Jersey: $250.00
South of Essex and Warren Counties, NJ and Suffolk County, NY: $350.00
-Formal estimates based on services and products requested.
-Deposit will be due upon signing; balance due upon completion of work.
-Payable by credit card only (over phone or via SMS text).
