PROUD TO DESIGN. HONORED TO SUPPORT.

We are beyond thrilled to announce that we have been selected to design the kitchen for the 51st Kips Bay Decorator Show House – widely regarded as the nation’s most prestigious and highly anticipated design event.

For more than five decades, the Kips Bay Decorator Show House has brought together the industry’s most celebrated designers and architects while attracting luxury brands, media, and design enthusiasts from around the world. Renowned for its extensive national and international press coverage, the Show House is one of the design industry’s most influential platforms for innovation and creativity.

Equally important is the Show House’s charitable mission. Proceeds benefit the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, serving more than 14,000 young people throughout New York City, as well as the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County, supporting educational and developmental programs for children and families. It is a privilege to participate in an event where exceptional design makes a meaningful impact beyond the walls of the home.

THE VISIONARIES BEHIND THE SPACE – A MOTHER-DAUGHTER COLLABORATION

United by a shared passion for timeless design and architectural detail, Regina Bilotta and her daughter, Sarah Witkin bring together decades of experience, craftsmanship, and a fresh perspective to create a kitchen that celebrates Italian culture, connection, and enduring beauty. The Kips Bay kitchen is just one of many projects they have collaborated on.

THE PALETTE

Bilotta Custom Cabinetry, enhanced by a layered composition of richly textured surfaces, nuanced tones, and refined finishes, establishes the foundation for the space. Thoughtfully curated in collaboration with premier design partners like Artistic Tile, Casamance, Calico Wallpaper, Viking Appliances, and Kohler the palette evokes warmth, depth, and timeless sophistication.

The Show House is open to the public Monday through Sunday from 10am to 4pm and on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 7pm. This year’s Show House is located at 80 Washington Place in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village, a break from the usual Upper East sides venues. Plan your visit here and check back end of August to see the designs revealed.
