Westchester Home has announced the finalists for its 2019 Home Design Awards. From nearly 200 submissions, Bilotta designers were nominated in three categories.
Peter Bittner was nominated for Best Use of a Small Space for a Larchmont transitional kitchen featuring white painted Bilotta custom cabinetry with brass hardware, glazed ceramic floor tiles set in a herringbone pattern and black and brass pendant lighting.
Jeni Spaeth was nominated along with Jane Bell of Jane Bell Interior Design for Best Use of Color for an L-shaped White Plains kitchen with deep blue painted custom Bilotta cabinets with shaker style doors and brass hardware. The custom walnut shelving in the adjacent living room and the walnut island lend a mid-century vibe to the space.
Fabrice Garson was nominated for Best Closet for an expansive, walk-in closet in Purchase outfitted with white painted custom Bilotta cabinetry with glass doors featuring decorative mullions and a marble-topped island with drawers for additional storage.
Winners will be announced at a late March awards ceremony. In the meantime, read more about the 2019 Home Design Award finalists.
