Backsplash
A backsplash is an expanse of material that typically fills the gaps on a kitchen or bathroom wall between cabinets and a countertop (or sometimes between the countertop and the ceiling), spanning the length of the countertop. A backsplash can be comprised of a variety of materials including tile, stone, metal and wood.
