DOREEN CHAMBERS moved from London to Manhattan to pursue a career at Estée Lauder and later at Donna Karan. While her time in the Donna Karan home goods division certainly made her more aware of residential design as a profession, it wasn’t until working for the legendary architect Peter Marino that Doreen became captivated by the impact authentic, custom-designed interiors could have on one’s quality of life. After studying at the New York School of Interior Design, Doreen established her own firm in 2001. Today, Doreen works with clients from her two studio locations in New York and Fort Lauderdale.
Named one of the Next Wave Designers by House Beautiful Magazine, Doreen has also made guest appearances on LXTV’s Open House, George to the Rescue, and was a participating interior designer in the Brooklyn Heights Designer Showhouse.

SCOTT HIRSHSON, AIA founded Hirshson Architecture + Design in 2010. Scott has extensive experience in high-end residential architecture with a number of completed projects in New York City, the Hamptons, and Westchester County, New York. His work blends classical architectural layouts with modern details and materials. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University, a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Certificate in Real Estate Design & Development from the Wharton School of Business. A member of both the AIA and NCARB, Scott is a registered architect in the states of New York and Connecticut.
Hirshson Architecture + Design provides complete architecture and design services from project inception through final installation. We work with clients to identify the scope of work, review budgets, select general contractors, oversee building department requirements, and supervise construction. Projects range in size and complexity from small-scale additions, to new residential construction and luxury commercial spaces. Each incorporates a close attention to detail, material selection and methods of installation. The result is a bespoke design rooted in classical architecture, reflective of contemporary living, that improves with age. Founded in 2010 in New York City, the firm moved to its present location in Armonk, New York in 2015. Located in a retail storefront, the open space allows for the display of drawings, materials, and images while promoting the exchange of ideas between architects and clients. The firm expanded its presence in Manhattan with an additional office at 304 Park Avenue South in 2017. The two locations ensure consistent project delivery across New York City, the Hamptons, New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

JACQUELYN MOORE HILL INTERIOR DESIGN is a Brooklyn-based design firm with more than 15 years in the interior design industry. The firm draws on Jacquelyn’s multifaceted passion for history, fashion, textiles, and art. While her aesthetic leans toward crisp and modern, along the way she honed her vision of what a home should be: a retreat from the everyday that meets the clients’ needs and reflects their tastes, while still managing to delight and surprise them. Attention to detail is a hallmark of the firm’s work - whether it’s a small-scale renovation or an extensive new-construction, Jacquelyn embraces collaborations forged with clients and vendors as part of the process of bringing a concept to life.
A graduate of Middlebury College, Jacquelyn held diverse positions in the industry at Elle Decor, Deborah Berke Partners, Aero Studios, and Christopher Coleman Interior Design, before starting her own eponymous interior design firm in 2014. To add yet another layer of customization to her projects, in 2016 she founded a wallpaper and custom print studio, Jqlyn & Co and launched the 5 Kingdoms wallpaper collection in 2017. A native of the Bronx, she believes there is no hierarchy between Monet and graffiti art; that quilts made by women of Gee’s Bend are just as magical as Matisse. This combination of historical reverence and modern cultural curiosity can be seen - and felt - throughout her work.

As a young boy living in Southfield, Michigan, MIKEL WELCH busied himself with the construction of sofas and dining tables for imaginary houses. It was evident to his family that creativity and a passion for design were embedded in Mikel from birth.
Today Mikel runs his interior design business, Mikel Welch Designs, in New York City and works as an on-air personality and design expert for Pickler & Ben on CMT Network, Executive Produced by Faith Hill. Here, Mikel showcases his talents to the show’s 1.5 million viewers, teaching them how to create luxury inspired spaces on a conservative budget.
