SPECIAL PROJECT FEATURE: Strength in Numbers
Did you know about Bilotta’s extensive multi-unit portfolio, both urban and suburban?
Since 1985, Bilotta has been renowned as a leader in the custom cabinetry business, offering exquisite design, superior craftsmanship and unrivaled service for kitchens, bathrooms, and other living spaces in single-family residences. But over the last 25 years, we have been quietly building a reputation for our multi-unit projects, both urban and suburban.
From the New York metropolitan area and Boston, all the way to Bermuda and Hong Kong, our project work caters to a specific niche of design and development professionals who seek a high level of product not found in neighboring developments. Bilotta now offers cabinetry at price points suitable for rentals.
Bilotta is chosen for its ability to deliver programs that meet the fastidious details and specifications of the most discerning architects, interior designers, and developers in the industry. They know that, once their units hit the market, prospective buyers will recognize the Bilotta name as synonymous with the highest quality living environments.
Thirty Park Place – Four Seasons Private Residences
In a collaboration with Silverstein Properties, Tishman Construction, Robert A. M. Stern and SLCE Architects, Bilotta supplied 157 kitchens and pantries over 82 floors in the legendary Four Seasons’ downtown New York location.
Custom “Bilotta Collection” cabinetry in richly-grained quarter-sawn white oak with a custom pearlescent top coat was chosen for these luxurious light-filled residences with sweeping views of the city. Perched atop the Four Seasons, homeowners enjoy an opulent five-star lifestyle, with access to all the hotel’s conveniences and services, as well as its dining and entertainment options, literally at their doorstep.
What’s more extravagant than a midtown Manhattan penthouse? With 10 ½ foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling southwest exposures, these five luxury kitchens and bars were designed by Philip Koether Architects for the Carlisle Group.
“Bilotta Collection” cabinetry in a sleek no-hardware door style with a sophisticated gray stained rift cut veneer allows the view to take center stage. Whether it’s morning light or golden sunsets, the cabinet finish morphs in an ever-changing backdrop for these stunning residences.
Location, location, location! These 72 luxury beachfront condominiums on the Long Island Sound in New Rochelle, NY, offer prime real estate with spectacular water views from Bilotta kitchens, all within a short commute to New York City.
The gated community consists of nine unique 4-story buildings, complete with clubhouse, fitness center and heated outdoor pool. Two distinct 3-bedroom floor plans, with a spacious 2,400 – 2,700 square feet of living space, are sited on 14 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds and beaches. The jaw-dropping highlight of each residence is a 30-foot long wall of glass facing the water.
Westchester-based National Realty & Development Corp teamed with Granoff Architects and JMC to execute their vision for a singular design, both inside and out. The unusual aspect of this condominium project was that the developer was committed to offering prospective buyers a completely customizable interior buildout. Bilotta was selected for its expertise in custom design. A program was devised to offer 17 stains, 17 paint finishes and a variety of door styles, giving homeowners complete control of their kitchen and bathroom details and accessories. An entirely custom home with the ease of luxury condo living.
In addition to these most recent projects Bilotta also did the kitchens in six luxury townhouses at 25 Beacon in Boston’s prestigious Beacon Hill neighborhood. The project was designed by CBT Architects and Reza Nouranian Design for Sea-Dar Real Estate and CNW Capital Partners.
We are also currently installing kitchens and pantries in 88 luxury units at 220 Central Park South with sweeping views of the full expanse of Central Park.
Designed by Robert A.M. Stern architects and The Office of Thierry W. Despont for Vornado Realty Trust, 220 CPS is New York’s preeminent new address and home of the most expensive residential sale in Manhattan to date.
