David Arnoff, CKD, Designer
David Arnoff, CKD, has been in the renovation and construction business since 1982. He’s currently in his second stint with Bilotta, having worked from 1986-1988, and now again since 2016.
David began his career in New York City commercial construction, where he served as project manager for such buildings as the Lever House and 101 Park Avenue, and was also assistant project manager for residential condo developments in Westchester, such as Canterbury Crossing.
After two years as a designer for Bilotta, a relocation to New Mexico in 1988 prompted David to start his own kitchen and bath renovation business. His wide range of hands-on experience informed all aspects of his work. He received national recognition four years in a row for his sales record; and won first place in house tours such as “Parade of Homes”.
Despite his many successes in New Mexico, the East Coast was calling him home. In 2016, David re-joined Bilotta, motivated by the new challenges of the New York area’s exciting design environment.
Not only does David have a passion for design, but he is committed to superior customer service. His goal is to create beautiful, functional, and personal spaces that enrich families’ lives. David can do it all, from interpreting a client’s vision and bringing it to life in hand drawings or 3D computer renderings, to overseeing every step of the renovation to ensure a smoothly-run, perfect project. He’s even capable of installing the cabinets himself, should the need ever arise!
